Where we ship
We currently offer delivery across North America and to European destinations supported at checkout. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, we are not able to ship to it at that time.
Processing and delivery
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Carrier transit estimates vary by destination, service level, and carrier operations; the delivery estimate shown by the carrier or at checkout is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated from the delivery address at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping under the terms stated with that promotion.
International duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar destination-country fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. These charges are set by the relevant authorities and are not controlled by Velvet Moon Alchemy.
Order changes and cancellations
To request a cancellation, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help when an order has not entered fulfilment, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once preparation or dispatch has started.
